Returns and Refund
Karanji is a slow fashion brand. Each garment is crafted specifically for you once your order is placed. We only keep fabric on hand, ensuring minimal waste and intentional creation. This unique approach means we have a specific returns and exchange policy.
Returns:
Due to our made-to-order approach, we do not offer standard returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@karanji.com with supporting photos or videos. We will gladly arrange for a replacement.
Exchanges:
We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky! Therefore, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for sizing issues or if you received the wrong item.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. It should be free from any signs of wear, stains, or odors.
You can exchange for the same item in a different size (subject to availability) or for another item of equal or greater value. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
Shipping costs for exchanges due to sizing issues are the responsibility of the customer. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, Karanji will cover the return shipping costs.
To request an exchange, please email hello@karanji.com with your order number and reason for exchange. We will provide instructions on how to proceed. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Cancellations:
As our production process begins almost immediately after an order is placed, we are unable to accept cancellations. Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
Our fabrics are handwoven and hand-dyed, resulting in unique variations in color, weave, and texture. These imperfections are not considered defects but rather part of the beauty and character of handcrafted textiles. These variations will not be accepted as reasons for return or exchange.
All sales on discounted or sale items are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted on these items.
We do not accept exchanges or returns on certain handmade goods such as accessories.
Karanji reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the returned item does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy, or if there is suspicion of misuse or damage caused by the customer.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
